About the School
Established in 2015, Scoffed is all about fun in the kitchen. With classes to suit all experience levels, their welcoming atmosphere will put you at ease as you step in the door. Each class is led by professional chefs’ that have honed their skills in the best kitchens around Adelaide and abroad.
Located in shady St. Morris on Magill road, Scoffed is the perfect suburban location for a relaxed evening with friends. Begin with a glass of bubbly and have fun learning chef tips and tricks and enjoy the delicious results at the end of the class.
There are classes for kids, adults and schools, with packages to suit most needs.
About the Owner
Mark Busse has a range of experience and passion for personal training, nutrition, cooking and creative advertising. Taking the leap from ad-man to education, he founded Scoffed in 2015, blending his many talents into a space for everyone to learn.
School Specialties
With a vast repertoire of international dishes available to learn, each class is designed around teaching you how to create and master your favourite dishes. If you are looking for a laidback evening of good food and drink, they have their 'Scoffed and Quaffed' session where you can sample the best of local wines, while cooking classic restaurant dishes. Or if you want level up your BBQ game, book in to the 'BBQ Guru' session where you learn all the secrets to fire cooking.
Packages are also available for school holidays and birthday parties for the budding chef in the family. Giving kids the skills to be safe and successful in the kitchen, while building confidence in a welcoming environment. Who knows, you may even get to share in the spoils of their new-found talents.
