Made with Sandvik Steel and an ebony wood and resin handle, this carving fork is the perfect addition to your next roast, BBQ, or special event.


In building the Sabre we have deliberated left the back edges of the Sabre squared off so the back of the knife can be used to remove corks whilst the front edge of the blade (kept extremely sharp at 15%) to be used for slicing anything from jamon (Spanish high end ham from acorn eating pigs), moving strawberries with the tip or gliding through an entire rock melon with a single slash.
