Gyuto Knife | Mexico City

Gyuto Knife | Mexico City

Posted by Ramon Elzinga on

We just sent our first knife to Mexico city - the city with the 5th largest population on planet earth. They chose the Gyuto knife with a red dwarf Banksia handle.

Whether todays menu is tacos, burritos or more local meals like Chilaquiles, pozole or enchiladas -  the gyuto knife is the perfect choice.

The Gyuto knife is an all purpose knife, similar to the western chefs knife, however it has a flatter blade and harder core and typically it weighs much less.

We look forward to sending more knives in the future to the country which makes magnificent cuisine - almost as good as the Tequila!
